• CAC Registration Submissions: Proposed business names, nature of business, proprietor/director names, dates of birth, residential addresses, contact telephone numbers, email addresses, and identification numbers (NIN, Passport, Driver's License, or Voter's Card) required under CAMA 2020 for portal filing.
• Learner Records & Certification: Learner names, course completion statuses, issue dates, and unique certificate verification identifiers.
• Contact & General Enquiries: Name, phone number, email address, and message contents submitted via web forms.

2. Explicitly Excluded Sensitive Data

We donot request, collect, or store online banking passwords, debit/credit card CVV codes, transaction PINs, or one-time passcodes (oTPs). Payments for official government services (such as CAC Remita fees) are either remitted directly by clients through authorized gateways or receipted separately with verifiable documentation.

3. How We Use Collected Data

Your data is utilized strictly for the following purposes:

• Conducting official name availability searches and submitting incorporation dossiers on the CAC CRP portal.
• Issuing and cryptographically verifying authentic certificates of completion for eligible course graduates.
• Responding tocustomer service enquiries and providing progress updates on registration files.

4. Public Certificate Verification Safeguards

our public certificate verification registry (verify.html) is designed with data minimization principles. When a QR code is scanned, the tool displays only: (1) Credential holder's approved name, (2) Programme completed, (3) Credential validity status, and (4) Date of issuance. We never publicly expose email addresses, phone numbers, identity numbers, or internal learner records.

5. Data Retention & Disposal

Client identity documents submitted for CAC filings are retained only for the duration necessary tosatisfy regulatory filings and resolve queries. once the official Certificate of Registration or Status Report is delivered to the client, sensitive identity scans are securely archived or purged upon request.

6. Your Rights & Corrections
